Meditation time

Bell to begin meditation rings across Monastery site at the following times:

                                 - 7:30 am*  Walking Meditation or Group Sitting Meditation                   
    - 6:00 pm*  Evening Chanting and Group Meditation

Ending time is self-determined in all cases.
*Typically one hour.

We welcome everyone to join us on the path of Dhamma.

You Are also welcome to read the books in our library or meditation on your own in the adjacent shrine room any day from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please call at least a day ahead to confirm.

 

>> Ayya Gunasari offers a DHAMMA REFLECTION most wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM. Please call to confirm at least a day ahead if you'd like to attend.

>> On the day before every full moon and new moon, according to the calendar of Theravada Buddhism, we practice WORKING MEDITATION  from 9 AM to 10:30 AM. Everyone welcome to join us! --- upcoming 16th of Dec.(for new moon) and 31st of Dec.(for full moon) 2017.
