Weekly Letter

This is the first in a series of Dhamma letters which will address questions inherent to all human beings. Throughout the cycle of life, we are all bound to face the unpleasant realities of sickness, aging and death.

These are the very same questions that led Shakyamuni Gautama Buddha(CIRCA 500 BCE) to leave his life of comfort and luxury and seek out the way to Ultimate Happiness. The Buddha not only found Enlightenment for himself, but also spent the rest of his life teaching and helping others to find their way.

We are fortunate to live in the time of a Buddha Sāsana, where the teachings are available to us as a guide and foundation for our own practice.

Through this Dhamma letter, may all be happy and reach Nibbana in this very life!
